Who we are
ASVABPros is a product of Drill Zero, LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. This notice covers the coming-soon pages at asvabpros.com, the email address you give us there and the website analytics we run on these pages.
What we collect
- The email address you type into the signup form.
- When you signed up, that it came from this page, and which version of this notice you agreed to.
- Our hosting provider, Vercel, may log technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. We use this only to run and protect the site.
- Visit and click counts, including your IP address, from our analytics provider, PostHog. This is on by default, except in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, where it starts only if you accept. See Website analytics below.
We do not use advertising trackers, and our analytics does not use cookies.
Website analytics
We use PostHog to count visits and a few button clicks, so we can see which pages are useful. Your browser sends this data to PostHog through our own domain.
- Most places, including the United States: analytics is on by default. It starts after the page loads, with no banner. You can turn it off at any time with the Analytics choices link at the bottom of each page or the button below.
- EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics runs only after you click Accept. Until then, and if you decline, nothing is sent to PostHog and nothing for analytics is stored on your device. If we cannot tell where you are, we treat you as being in this group.
- What is counted: the page you view and when, your browser, device type and language, your screen size and time zone, and the few buttons we track, such as View comparison and a finished signup.
- Your IP address: PostHog receives your IP address with each request. PostHog uses it to estimate your approximate location (country, region and city) and may keep the address with the event. We use this only to see where visitors come from and which pages are useful.
- Your device ID: when analytics is on, we store a random ID in your browser's local and session storage so we can tell repeat visits from new ones. It holds no personal details. We do not use cookies.
- What is never sent: your email address, anything you type, or the words on the page. A finished signup is counted without the address.
- How we pick your region: when the page loads, our own server reads the country that our hosting provider, Vercel, works out from your IP address, and answers only yes or no to your browser. We do not keep it.
- How to opt out: if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not load analytics at all and do not show a choice. Otherwise choose Analytics off. We keep your choice in your browser's local storage, stop counting and remove the stored ID from your device. Data already sent stays in PostHog until it is deleted.
We do not record sessions, build profiles of individuals, or use surveys, heat maps or advertising features.
How we use it
We send you one confirmation email now and one email when ASVABPros launches. We do not send other marketing, and we do not sell your email address or share it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
Resend stores your email address and delivers our emails. Vercel hosts this website. PostHog, in the United States, provides our analytics. They process your information for us and only for that purpose.
Your choices
Any email we send after the confirmation will include an unsubscribe link. To be removed sooner, or to ask us to delete your email address, write to support@drillzero.com from the address you signed up with. We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it.
You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Analytics choices link at the bottom of each page. To ask about analytics data, write to support@drillzero.com.
